Not at all. Our clients are based across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, China and beyond, with most managing their vessels entirely remotely. You receive detailed monthly reports, real-time operational updates and a dedicated point of contact available whenever needed. We are your eyes and hands on the water.
Completely transparent. You receive a detailed monthly statement covering all income, operating expenses, maintenance costs, and upcoming planned expenditure. Every invoice is shared with you, and any expenditure above the agreed monthly threshold requires your explicit approval before we proceed. You will never receive a surprise bill.
We maintain daily communication with captains and crews across our fleet. This proactive approach allows many issues to be identified and addressed before they develop into more significant operational challenges. When urgent situations do arise, our established network and local presence across the Indonesian archipelago enable us to coordinate a rapid response and provide support wherever the vessel is operating.
