Upwind Solutions team provides clients with a broad range of practical skills, from charter operations to new build project management.

Upwind Solutions provides comprehensive yacht management services, and supports our fleet on a day-to-day basis by relieving Cruise Directors of some of their burden, which allows them to spend more time on the things that matter.

Andy Brusselmans

Starting after High School to work in restaurant operations where he held various positions, he finally decides after 2 years to start a bachelor at Vatel – Hotel & Tourism Business School in Mauritius Island where he come from. Sailing since young age he has developed a parallel passion and love for the Yachting Industry, so after finishing his 3 years of studies and specialised degree in “Resort Management”, he doesn’t miss the opportunity to work in that industry when he is offered to launch a 5 Star Chartered Vessel in Indonesia, as a Cruise Director for the well-known “Prana by Atzaro”. Due to the compilation of these years of experiences, he grows a strong operating skill where he gets the chance to move into the “Hospitality Fleet Management”, position that he will occupy during 2 years, managing 7 chartered vessels, he develops a far-reaching network in the whole; food & beverage, housekeeping, wellness and logistics within Indonesia.
